We have the pleasure of training in Staffordshire Martial Arts Centre, a beautiful traditional Japanese dojo in the heart of Rugeley. The facilities include a fully matted training area, weaponary for the classes, punch bags, power bags, target mitts, multi-fuctional fitness bar frame, Makiwara, a variety of specific training tools, a whiteboard for teaching theoretical history, philosophy and conflict management etc, and a traditional Japanese Shomen with tori gate and Kamizar.

In addition to the main dojo the centre sports male and female changing rooms and toilets, a kitchen area, a viewing room where parents and visitors can watch the lessons from and an free on site car park.
